Freda Ferguson

Freda Diane Ferguson, MalMal, was born on October 31st 1959, in Welch West Virginia,  and passed away on February 13th 2026, in Baltimore.  

 

Malmal was a woman whose life was centered around love, family,  and togetherness.  She cherished every moment spent with those dear to her. Whether it was Sunday dinner, or sitting in the living room listening to music until hours late into the night. Malmal found her greatest joy in being with her family.  

 

She loved to play cards - a pastime that brought out her playful side and competitive edge. Card games were never just games; they were opportunities for storytelling,  jokes,  laughter,  and making memories that will last forever.  

 

Malmal leaves behind a family who loved her deeply.  She is survived by her niece/daughter Crystal Blevins,  great-nephew/grandson Maxwell Tilghman,  niece Jessica Tally,  and great-nephew Brenner Balog. 

 

Her presence brought comfort,  her laughter brought light, and her love brought people together.  Her memory and love will continue to live through her family.  She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
